ORDERING QUESTIONS

 What size should I order?

All of our adult tshirts are Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex shirts, unless otherwise noted on size charts.  Please look at the measurements carefully to determine the best fit for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover) as well as PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, it is very secure and safe to use your credit card on our site. Bleacher Junkie is built and hosted on the Shopify platform which offers the best Extended Validation (EV) SSL encryption software to protect your card data. SSL is software that prevents people from intercepting and reading data being transferred between the customer and the retailer's database. Not only is our shopping cart and checkout page SSL secure but we secure every page on our website to ensure our customers get the best security possible. If ever you are worried about a site being secure look up at the top right of your browser, if it is green with a padlock then you are secured by SSL software.

Delivery - When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out or can be locally picked up. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.  

Where will my order ship from?

Products will ship from Northern Minnesota.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at bleacherjunkie@gmail.com with your order number.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line bleacherjunkie@gmail.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at bleacherjunkie@gmail.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at bleacherjunkie@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts on each product page.

How do I care for my product?

All of our products are machine washable on any cycle. It is however, recommended to wash on a cold cycle and air dry to keep the shirts looking their best.

We recommend washing inside out with like-colors on the cold setting using a mild detergent to best preserve the graphic on your item.  Hang or lay flat to dry. You may tumble-dry on a low setting, but please be aware that drying your garment will cause the graphic to fade gradually over time. Just as a black colored garment will fade when dried, so will the graphic on your shirt. Avoid products that contain color-safe bleach, stain lifter, or Oxy Clean. These products contain chemicals that will lift color from your graphic tee, causing it to fade.
